But his clients are mostly women and vets on tour and wives who are home and ready to DANCE if anyone messes with them!

John had also begun a business relationship with a private bank in one of the towns he focused on — and needed to make good on the idea he was able to, "Teach anyone to sell real estate," if he expected to keep this particular rainmaker in the bank sewed-up.
